project Description
Amrita International Vidyalayam required 2 outdoor basketball courts and 4 multi-sport badminton courts for their ICSE and IB Blocks. The Sports Habitat delivered sustainable, low-maintenance Sports PP Tiles for multi-sport use, ensuring high game time and minimal downtime.

Requirement
Amrita International Vidyalayam had a requirement to build 2 Outdoor Basketball Courts and 4 Multi-sport Badminton Courts in their ICSE and IB Block each. The school boosts safe and sustainable infrastructure and hosts classes from kindergarten to high school.
Considering the usage being for multi-sports and to accommodate Physical Education sessions for different classes at the same time, The Sports Habitat suggested Sports PP Tiles, these interlocking tiles are sturdy and do not need maintenance, also keeping the game time high without any recovery or downtime due to high usage and rain.
We curated 2 Badminton Courts in IB Block and 2 Badminton Courts in ICSE Block, these courts can be used for skating as well. The Central Courtyard is now a Mult-Sport Basketball Court – this bright dual-color court measures 94 feet by 50 feet adhering to FIBA – International Basketball Court standard size. This Basketball Court can also be used for handball, Futsal and other ball games.
