The Sports Habitat approached this project with a phased construction plan to minimize disruption, particularly during the conversion of the parking area. Safe demolition techniques were employed to remove the concrete flooring, while electricians collaborated closely with the team to ensure the safe relocation of electrical cables. To prevent future drainage issues, an efficient drainage system was installed. Additionally, the driveway was redesigned, making it wider and more accessible to both vehicles and pedestrians. Throughout the project, player safety was prioritized, with EHS standards integrated into every phase to ensure the facility’s long-term safety and sustainability.
